Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL) and the visiting St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL), saw Glenbard West's basketball squad overcome St. Francis by a tally of 53-37.

With the victory, Glenbard West improves its record to 23-5 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers travel to York (Elmhurst, IL) to play the Dukes in a West Suburban - Silver challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Dukes come into the challenge with a record of 13-11. York won 58-44 in their recent league challenge against Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL)

Next up, the Spartans play the Fenwick Friars (Oak Park, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 29. St. Francis will attempt to improve on its 15-11 season record. The Friars come into the challenge with a 6-18 record after their 43-30 league loss to Trinity (River Forest, IL).
