James Buchanan Rockets (Mercersburg, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Peddie Falcons (Hightstown, NJ), 67-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, James Buchanan upgrades its record to 2-11 on the season. The Rockets travel to West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA) to clash with the Mustangs in a Mid-Penn - Colonial bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 4-6.

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Pennington Red Raiders (Pennington, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 1. Peddie will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a 4-9 record after their 60-55 non-league loss to Perkiomen School (Pennsburg, PA).
