Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the N.C. School for the Deaf Bears (Morganton, NC) and the visiting Kentucky School for the Deaf Colonels (Danville, KY), saw N.C. School for the Deaf's basketball squad wallop Kentucky School for the Deaf by a tally of 34-11.

With the victory, N.C. School for the Deaf improves its record to 4-8 on the campaign. The Bears host The Master's Academy (Forest City, NC) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 10-3. The Master's Academy won 65-3 in their recent league challenge against Community Christian Academy (Bessemer City, NC)

Next up, the Colonels confront the Frederick Fraize Aces (Cloverport, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Kentucky School for the Deaf will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record.
