In Saturday's league outing, the Sound Christian Lions (Tacoma, WA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Quilcene Rangers (Quilcene, WA), by a count of 38-13.
The Lions (11-4) will now prepare for their outing against Rainier Christian (Covington, WA). The Mustangs go into the 1B/2B Sea-Tac outing with a 6-5 record. In their last outing, Rainier Christian smashed Pope John Paul II (Lacey, WA), 51-37, in a league outing.
The Rangers now hold a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Northwest Yeshiva for a 1B/2B Sea-Tac outing on Tuesday, January 30. Quilcene will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 48-23 league loss to Evergreen Lutheran (Tacoma, WA). The Lions record now stands at 8-6.
