St. Mary Vikings (Paducah, KY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Trinity Raiders (Whitesville, KY), 49-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Mary upgrades its record to 4-14 on the season. The Vikings travel to Fulton County (Hickman, KY) to play the Pilots in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Pilots go into the bout with a record of 9-4.

Next up, the Raiders play the McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. Trinity will attempt to move on its 1-15 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 5-11 record after their 49-39 non-league loss to Union County (Morganfield, KY).
