Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Wauconda Bulldogs (Wauconda, IL) and the visiting Grant Community Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL), saw Wauconda's basketball squad hold off Grant Community by a count of 41-38.

With the victory, Wauconda upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Antioch (Antioch, IL) to play the Sequoits in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Sequoits come into the challenge with a record of 3-0.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 29. Grant Community will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
