Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Hotchkiss School knocks off Deerfield Academy

The Hotchkiss School Bearcats the visiting Deerfield Academy Big Green ice hockey squad by a count of 5-1 in Saturday's league bout.

With the victory, Hotchkiss School moves its record to 4-9 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Trinity-Pawling School (Pawling, NY) to face the Pride in a bout on Monday, January 29. The Pride go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Trinity-Pawling School lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against Taft School (Watertown, CT)

The Big Green now sport a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Phillips Academy for a bout on Wednesday, January 31. Deerfield Academy will face a Big Blue squad coming off a 6-2 league win over Loomis Chaffee School (Windsor, CT). The Big Blue record now stands at 12-4.
