In Saturday's league test, the visiting Ridgefield Tigers ice hockey team scored a good 8-0 win over the Trumbull Eagles.

The Tigers (9-5) will now prepare for their test against St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT). The Cadets enter the FCIAC test with a 2-9 record. In their last test, St. Joseph was trounced by Darien (Darien, CT), 8-0, in a league test.

Next up, the Eagles encounter the Stamford/Westhill (Stamford, CT) in a FCIAC test, on Wednesday, January 31. Trumbull will attempt to better on its 1-11 season record. The go into the outing with a 7-1 record after their 4-2 league win over St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT).
