Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Canton South Wildcats (Canton, OH) and the host Tuscarawas Valley Trojans (Zoarville, OH), saw Canton South's basketball squad knock off Tuscarawas Valley by a tally of 42-33.
With the victory, Canton South improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Springfield (Akron, OH) to play the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Trojans play the Hiland Hawks (Berlin, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 2. Tuscarawas Valley will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record.
