The Pirates (10-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Pierce City (Pierce City, MO). The Eagles come into the Southwest challenge with a 8-7 record. In their last challenge, Pierce City prevailed over Miller (Miller, MO), 39-31, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Dadeville Bearcats (Dadeville, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 30. Lockwood will attempt to improve on its 11-4 season record.
