The Mustangs (5-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Cadillac Heritage Christian (Cadillac, MI). The Patriots come into the Freelance challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Cadillac Heritage Christian was knocked off by Fellowship Baptist Academy (Carson City, MI), 52-41, in a non-league game.

With the loss, Central Lake falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Johannesburg-Lewiston (Johannesburg, MI) to play the Cardinals in a Ski-Valley game on Monday, January 27. The Cardinals go into the game with a record of 0-12. Johannesburg-Lewiston lost 82-39 in their recent league game against Mancelona (Mancelona, MI)
