The Highland Rams basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Pocahontas County Warriors to 40 in the Rams non-league triumph on Monday.

The Rams now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Harman for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. Highland will play a Panthers team coming off a 57-49 league loss to Pocahontas County (Dunmore, WV). The Panthers record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Pocahontas County falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Pendleton County (Franklin, WV) to play the Wildcat in a Potomac Valley A game on Tuesday, January 28. The Wildcat go into the game with a record of 6-7. Pendleton County won 59-58 in their recent non-league game against Petersburg (Petersburg, WV)
