Maryland High School Basketball - Sandy Spring Friends bests King's Christian Academy

The Sandy Spring Friends Wildebeests basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting King's Christian Academy Eagles to 58 in the Wildebeests non-league triumph on Monday.
The Wildebeests now possess a 11-16 record. They play next when they host Model Secondary School for the Deaf for a DCSAA A game on Monday, January 27. Sandy Spring Friends will play a Eagles team coming off a 51-46 league loss to Washington Waldorf (Bethesda, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 7-13.
With the loss, King's Christian Academy falls to 4-16 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to North Point (Waldorf, MD) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 6-8. North Point won 64-49 in their recent league game against Thomas Stone (Waldorf, MD)
