New Jersey High School Basketball - Newark Central nips Marion P. Thomas

January 27, 2025: Newark, NJ

In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Newark Central Blue Devils basketball team scored a close 56-52 triumph over the Marion P. Thomas .

The Blue Devils (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Columbia (Maplewood, NJ). The Cougars go into the Super Essex - American contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Columbia was tipped by Colonia (Colonia, NJ), 73-48, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the battle the Global Studies (Newark, NJ) in a Freelance contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Marion P. Thomas will attempt to better on its 7-8 season record. The go into the contest with a 2-6 record after their 56-40 league win over College Achieve (Asbury Park, NJ).
