The Powers Catholic Chargers basketball team scored 43 points and limited the host Davison Cardinals to 41 in the Chargers non-league victory on Monday.
With the victory, Powers Catholic advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Chargers host Armada (Armada, MI) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Friday, January 31. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 1-0.
The Cardinals now own a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grand Blanc for a non-league match on Thursday, January 30. Davison will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 73-33 non-league win over Central (Bay City, MI). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-1.
