In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Mt. Pleasant Kilties basketball team scored a big 90-48 win over the Westerly Bulldogs.

The Kilties (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Providence, RI). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Central was trounced by La Salle Academy (Providence, RI), 42-41, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Cumberland Clippers (Cumberland, RI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Westerly will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Clippers come into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 60-35 non-league win over Cranston East (Cranston, RI).
