In Monday's league contest, the host Argenta-Oreana Bombers basketball team scored a good 45-26 triumph over the Unity Christian Lions.

The Bombers (10-12) will now prepare for their contest against Cumberland (Toledo, IL). The Pirates go into the Lincoln Prairie contest with a 16-8 record. In their last contest, Cumberland was toppled by Sullivan (Sullivan, IL), 60-26, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Lions confront the Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond Knights (Arthur, IL) in a Lincoln Prairie contest, on Thursday, January 30. Unity Christian will attempt to better on its 10-12 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 10-12 record after their 45-23 league win over Blue Ridge/DeLand-Weldon (Farmer City, IL).
