The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Madison Bulldogs (Madison, ME) and the visiting Boothbay Seahawks (Boothbay Harbor, ME), observed Madison's basketball team overwhelm Boothbay by a score of 65-26.

The Bulldogs (12-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME). The Bulldogs come into the C South challenge with a 13-3 record. In their last challenge, Hall-Dale trounced Waynflete (Portland, ME), 68-24, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Seahawks encounter the Oak Hill Raiders (Sabattus, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 31. Boothbay will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 3-16 record after their 68-36 non-league loss to St. Dominic (Lewiston, ME).
