In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Princeton Tigers basketball team scored a close 53-48 triumph over the Rochelle Hubs.

The Tigers (13-8) will now prepare for their contest against Mendota (Mendota, IL). The Trojans go into the Three Rivers - East contest with a 3-19 record. In their last contest, Mendota was tipped by Hinckley-Big Rock (Hinckley, IL), 61-33, in a non-league contest.
