The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Wauseon Indians (Wauseon, OH) and the host Stryker Panthers (Stryker, OH), observed Wauseon's basketball team knock off Stryker by a score of 55-35.

The Indians (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Delta (Delta, OH). The Panthers come into the Northwest Ohio challenge with a 17-0 record. In their last challenge, Delta prevailed over Whitmer (Toledo, OH), 45-40, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Hilltop Cadets (West Unity, OH) in a Buckeye Border challenge, on Thursday, January 30. Stryker will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record. The Cadets come into the challenge with a 16-1 record after their 27-15 league loss to Montpelier (Montpelier, OH).
