The Highland Hornets (Albuquerque, NM) basketball crushed the host Albuquerque Bulldogs (Albuquerque, NM), 59-34 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 12-0 record. They play next when they travel to Grants for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 28. Highland will play a Pirates team coming off a 58-49 non-league loss to St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM). The Pirates record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Albuquerque falls to 5-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-11.
