The Christian Family Academy Fire basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Lake Lure Classical Academy Raptors to 36 in the Fire league triumph on Monday.

The Fire now have a 12-2 record. They play next when they host Veritas Christian Academy for a game on Tuesday, January 28. Christian Family Academy will confront a Warriors team coming off a 62-34 league loss to Temple Baptist (Asheville, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 2-10.

With the loss, Lake Lure Classical Academy falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Raptors travel to Haywood Christian Academy (Waynesville, NC) to confront the Red Wolves in a game on Friday, January 31. The Red Wolves go into the game with a record of 9-4. Haywood Christian Academy won 57-31 in their recent league game against The Master's Academy (Forest City, NC)
