The Cambridge Rindge & Latin Falcons (Cambridge, MA) basketball nipped the visiting Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA), 67-62 in Friday's non-league test.

The Falcons (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Acton-Boxborough (Acton, MA). The Colonials go into the Dual County - Large test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Acton-Boxborough was tipped by Newton South (Newton, MA), 86-66, in a league test.

The Boxers now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Whitman-Hanson Regional for a non-league test on Sunday, January 30. Brockton will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 63-57 league win over Silver Lake Regional (Kingston, MA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-6.
