Minnesota High School Basketball - Mound-Westonka can't hold off Anoka

The Anoka Tornadoes basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Mound-Westonka White Hawks to 68 in the Tornadoes non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Tornadoes now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Robbinsdale Armstrong for a non-league contest on Monday, January 30. Anoka will battle a Falcons team coming off a 74-56 non-league loss to Andover (Andover, MN). The Falcons record now stands at 5-10.
The White Hawks (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN). The Fire enter the non-league contest with a 12-2 record. In their last contest, Holy Family Catholic nudged White Bear Lake (White Bear Lake, MN), 88-69, in a non-league contest.
