The Asheville Christian Academy Lions ran past the host Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers basketball team by a final score of 62-53 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Lions face the Carolina Day Wildcats (Asheville, NC) in a NCISAA Carolinas game, on Tuesday, January 31. Asheville Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 7-18 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 11-12 record after their 85-42 league loss to Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Rabun Gap, GA).

With the defeat, Legion Collegiate Academy drops to 6-16 on the season. The Lancers travel to Comenius (Fort Mill, SC) to encounter the Knights in a non-league test on Wednesday, February 1. The Knights go into the test with a record of 9-10.
