The Lee Generals basketball team (Montgomery, AL), was toppled 70-54 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Blount Leopards (Eight Mile, AL)
The Leopards now possess a 17-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Baker for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 31. Blount will confront a Hornets team coming off a 84-46 league win over Bryant (Irvington, AL). The Hornets record now stands at 21-5.
The Generals (11-11) will now prepare for their battle against Jefferson Davis (Montgomery, AL). The Volunteers come into the 7A Area 3 battle with a 22-6 record. In their last battle, Jefferson Davis was toppled by Pinson Valley (Pinson, AL), 79-74, in a non-league battle.
