The Bryan County Redskins basketball team (Pembroke, GA), was nudged 64-61 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Groves Rebels (Garden City, GA)
The Rebels now possess a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calvary Day for a AAA Region 3 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Groves will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 54-48 league loss to Beach (Savannah, GA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 14-7.
The Redskins (8-13) will now prepare for their battle against Portal (Portal, GA). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 20-1 record.
