The Midwest Central Raiders basketball team scored 81 points and restricted the visiting Carrollton Hawks to 74 in the Raiders non-league victory on Saturday.

The Raiders now sport a 11-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beardstown for a non-league contest on Friday, February 3. Midwest Central will battle a Tigers team coming off a 71-58 non-league win over Calhoun (Hardin, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 12-13.

The Hawks (8-15) will now prepare for their contest against Greenfield/Northwestern (Greenfield, IL). The Tigers come into the Western Illinois Valley contest with a 14-9 record. In their last contest, Greenfield/Northwestern edged Pawnee (Pawnee, IL), 63-32, in a non-league contest.
