Henry Hudson Admirals (Highlands, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Dunellen Destroyers (Dunellen, NJ), 43-39 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Henry Hudson upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Admirals host Point Pleasant Beach (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ) to clash with the Garnet Gulls in a Shore B - Central bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Garnet Gulls go into the bout with a record of 4-5.
Next up, the Destroyers clash with the Highland Park Owls (Highland Park, NJ) in a Greater Middlesex - Blue bout, on Monday, January 30. Dunellen will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Owls go into the bout with a 8-2 record after their 55-50 non-league win over Kennedy Memorial (Iselin, NJ).
