Wabash Apaches (Wabash, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Eastern Comets (Greentown, IN), 68-45 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Wabash upgrades its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Apaches travel to Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN) to play the Vikings in a Three Rivers bout on Thursday, February 2. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 13-3. Tippecanoe Valley won 59-57 in their recent league bout against Manchester (North Manchester, IN)

Next up, the Comets play the Taylor Titans (Kokomo, IN) in a Hoosier Heartland bout, on Thursday, February 2. Eastern will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Titans come into the bout with a 13-2 record after their 64-53 league win over Sheridan (Sheridan, IN).
