In Saturday's non-league outing, the Eastwood Eagles (Pemberville, OH) basketball squad edged the host Port Clinton Redskins (Port Clinton, OH), by a margin of 64-61.
The Eagles (11-5) will now prepare for their outing against Rossford (Rossford, OH). The Bulldogs go into the Northern Buckeye outing with a 14-4 record. In their last outing, Rossford was tipped by Ottawa-Glandorf (Ottawa, OH), 58-54, in a non-league outing.
The Redskins now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Monroeville for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 4.
