In Saturday's non-league match, the host Mascoutah Indians basketball team scored a tight 48-45 triumph over the Eureka Hornets.
In their next game, the Indians meet the Belleville West Maroons (Belleville, IL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 31. Mascoutah will attempt to move on its 17-6 season record.
