In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting South Texas Christian Academy Panthers basketball team scored a good 56-44 triumph over the Fresno Adventist Academy Vikings.

In their next game, the Panthers meet the First Baptist (Brownsville, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 2. South Texas Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record.
