California High School Basketball - Hesperia knocked off by Orangewood Academy

The Orangewood Academy Spartans basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Hesperia Scorpions to 41 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Spartans now sport a 19-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairmont Prep for a San Joaquin contest on Monday, January 30. Orangewood Academy will battle a Huskies team coming off a 63-45 league loss to Pacifica Christian/Orange County (Newport Beach, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 19-6.
The Scorpions (16-10) will now prepare for their contest against Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA). The Sun Devils enter the Mojave River contest with a 13-10 record. In their last contest, Apple Valley ran past Serrano (Phelan, CA), 71-40, in a league contest.
