With the victory, Hillcrest improves its record to 24-2 on the campaign. The Hawks host Richards (Oak Lawn, IL) to confront the Bulldogs in a South Suburban challenge on Friday, February 3. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 8-16.

Next up, the Vikings confront the Bolingbrook Raiders (Bolingbrook, IL) in a SouthWest Suburban - Blue challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Homewood-Flossmoor will attempt to improve on its 15-10 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 19-6 record after their 60-52 non-league win over Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL).
