Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the St. Peter's Eagles (Staten Island, NY) and the visiting Holy Cross Knights (Flushing, NY), saw St. Peter's's basketball squad knock off Holy Cross by a tally of 72-60.
With the victory, St. Peter's improves its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Xaverian (Brooklyn, NY) to play the Clippers in a Catholic AA - Brooklyn/Queens challenge on Friday, February 3. The Clippers come into the challenge with a record of 6-6.
Next up, the Knights play the St. Francis Prep Terriers (Fresh Meadows, NY) in a Catholic AA - Brooklyn/Queens challenge, on Friday, February 3. Holy Cross will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record.
