California High School Basketball - Madison tops Olympian

Madison Warhawks (San Diego, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Olympian Eagles (Chula Vista, CA), 71-52 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Madison upgrades its record to 15-8 on the campaign. The Warhawks travel to Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA) to play the Falcons in a Eastern bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 12-10. Scripps Ranch won 73-42 in their recent league bout against Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA)
Next up, the Eagles play the San Ysidro Cougars (San Diego, CA) in a Mesa bout, on Monday, January 30. Olympian will attempt to upgrade on its 11-10 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 13-10 record after their 82-79 non-league loss to Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV).
