Moravian Prep Lions (Hudson, NC) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Minnesota Prep Academy Diplomat Lions (Brooklyn Park, MN), 81-53 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Moravian Prep upgrades its record to 25-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC) to play the Landsharks in a non-league bout on Sunday, January 29. The Landsharks come into the bout with a record of 17-4. Oceanside Collegiate Academy lost 49-43 in their recent non-league bout against Quality Education Academy (Winston-Salem, NC)

Next up, the Diplomat Lions play the Quality Education Academy Fighting Pharaohs (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league bout, on Sunday, January 29. Minnesota Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Fighting Pharaohs come into the bout with a 19-8 record after their 49-43 non-league win over Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC).
