The Mohawk Warriors tipped the visiting Valley Indians basketball team by a final score of 56-52 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Wynford Royals (Bucyrus, OH) in a Northern 10 game, on Friday, February 3. Mohawk will attempt to move on its 14-2 season record.
With the defeat, Valley moves to 12-5 on the year. The Indians host Portsmouth West (West Portsmouth, OH) to face the Senators in a Southern Ohio II game on Tuesday, January 31. The Senators enter the game with a record of 6-11. Portsmouth West lost 46-40 in their recent league game against Wheelersburg (Wheelersburg, OH)
