New Jersey High School Basketball - Oratory Prep thwarts New Providence

The Oratory Prep Rams (Summit, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting New Providence Pioneers (New Providence, NJ), 56-43 in Saturday's league test.
The Rams (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ). The Highlanders go into the non-league test with a 4-8 record.
The Pioneers now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Scotch Plains-Fanwood for a non-league contest on Monday, January 30. New Providence will meet a Raiders team coming off a 56-51 non-league loss to South River (South River, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 8-6.
