Santa Teresa Desert Warriors (Santa Teresa, NM) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Hot Springs Tigers (Truth or Consequences, NM), 50-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Santa Teresa upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Desert Warriors travel to Silver (Silver City, NM) to clash with the Fighting Colts in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Fighting Colts go into the bout with a record of 1-3.

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Socorro Warriors (Socorro, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Hot Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record.
