Ohio High School Basketball - Allen East crushes Perry

January 28, 2023: Lima, OH 45806

Allen East Mustangs (Harrod, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Perry Commodores (Lima, OH), 55-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Allen East upgrades its record to 12-5 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Spencerville (Spencerville, OH) to play the Bearcats in a Northwest bout on Thursday, February 2. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 8-9. Spencerville won 53-47 in their recent league bout against Bluffton (Bluffton, OH)

Next up, the Commodores play the Botkins Trojans (Botkins, OH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. Perry will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 11-8 record after their 56-27 league loss to Russia (Russia, OH).
