Fostoria Redmen (Fostoria, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Maumee Panthers (Maumee, OH), 54-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fostoria upgrades its record to 16-1 on the season. The Redmen travel to Otsego (Tontogany, OH) to clash with the Knights in a Northern Buckeye bout on Thursday, February 9. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-16.

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Ottawa Hills Green Bears (Toledo, OH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. Maumee will attempt to upgrade on its 1-17 season record.
