In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Northside Patriots basketball team scored a decisive 71-40 triumph over the Greenforest Eagles.
In their next game, the Patriots meet the Northgate Vikings (Newnan, GA) in a AAAAA Region 3 match, on Tuesday, January 31. Northside will attempt to better on its 14-6 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 11-10 record after their 53-44 league win over McIntosh (Peachtree City, GA).
With the defeat, Greenforest moves to 7-10 on the year. The Eagles travel to Paideia (Atlanta, GA) to meet the Pythons in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 31. The Pythons enter the match with a record of 10-5. Paideia won 49-17 in their recent league match against Whitefield Academy (Mableton, GA)
