St. Johnsbury Academy Hilltoppers (St. Johnsbury, VT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hartford Hurricanes (White River Junction, VT), 66-20 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Johnsbury Academy upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Hilltoppers host Burlington (Burlington, VT) to clash with the Seahorses in a Metro bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Seahorses go into the bout with a record of 6-6. Burlington lost 51-36 in their recent non-league bout against Rutland (Rutland, VT)
Next up, the Hurricanes clash with the Otter Valley Otters (Brandon, VT) in a Marble Valley - B bout, on Wednesday, February 1. Hartford will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record.
