The The Pingry School Big Blue basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Montgomery Cougars to 28 in the Big Blue non-league victory on Saturday.

The Big Blue now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gill St. Bernard's for a non-league contest on Monday, January 30. The Pingry School will battle a Knights team coming off a 74-42 league win over Franklin (Somerset, NJ). The Knights record now stands at 10-2.

The Cougars (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against South Plainfield (South Plainfield, NJ). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, South Plainfield was routed by North Plainfield (North Plainfield, NJ), 52-44, in a non-league contest.
