In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) ice hockey team bounced the visiting Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI), by a margin of 7-2.

The Chargers now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Hope for a Division 2 challenge on Saturday, February 4.

The Lions (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Coventry (Coventry, RI). The Oakers enter the Division 2 challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Coventry was ripped by Rogers (Newport, RI), 4-0, in a league challenge.
