In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Midland Chemics (Midland, MI) ice hockey team nudged the host Escanaba Eskymos (Escanaba, MI), by a margin of 3-2.
The Chemics now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 4.
The Eskymos (3-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Chelsea (Chelsea, MI). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Chelsea tipped Escanaba (Escanaba, MI), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
