The Pine Creek Eagles the host Woodland Park Panthers ice hockey squad by a count of 4-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Pine Creek moves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Standley Lake (Westminster, CO) to face the Gators in a 5A Central bout on Friday, February 3. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Standley Lake lost 5-0 in their recent non-league bout against Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO)
The Panthers now sport a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Doherty for a non-league test on Thursday, February 2. Woodland Park will encounter a Spartans team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO). The Spartans record now stands at 3-10.
