The Woodlan Warriors (Woodburn, IN) basketball crushed the visiting Whitko Wildcats (South Whitley, IN), 59-35 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Warriors (10-6) will now prepare for their test against South Adams (Berne, IN). The Starfires go into the test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, South Adams was trounced by Blackford (Hartford City, IN), 49-27, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to North Miami for a test on Thursday, February 2. Whitko will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 65-30 league loss to Southwood (Wabash, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 7-7.
